MBR Property Recovery was founded following a background in residential care management, where supporting people and families through difficult situations was part of everyday life.

That experience shaped how we work today.

We understand that many of our customers contact us when they’re already under a lot of stress. The property may have become overwhelming, there may have been a bereavement, a fire, severe neglect or another difficult situation.

The last thing you need is more stress from the company you’ve called to help.

That’s why we try to make the process as straightforward as possible. Send us some photos, tell us what’s happened and what you need the property to look like afterwards. We’ll assess it, explain what we recommend and give you a clear written quotation before work begins.

We also know how important trust is when you’re letting somebody into your home, a family member’s property or a property you’re responsible for. Our team is Enhanced DBS checked, fully insured and expected to work with discretion, patience and respect.

Where possible, we can manage several parts of the recovery at once — including clearance, waste removal, specialist cleaning, carpet removal and other recovery work — so you don’t have to deal with several different companies.

 

Every property is different, and every customer needs something slightly different from us. Some people want us to take control of the whole job. Others just need a specific part of the recovery handled.
