How It Works

1. Show Us What You're Dealing With

Send us a few photos, your postcode and a brief idea of the situation.

You can contact us by WhatsApp, call us on 07517 803726, or email hello@mbrpropertyrecovery.co.uk.

We’ll talk through what you need, what matters to you and how you’d like the property handled, then provide a written quote.

2.Choose How You’d Like Us to Work

We’ll agree what should stay, what can go and anything you want us to take particular care around.

  • Want to sort through things with us? We can work alongside you and go through belongings together.

  • Prefer to leave us to it? Once we understand your wishes, you can leave us to carry out the agreed work.

  • Want us to be discreet? We can arrive without uniform and keep things as low-key as possible.

3. We Recover the Property

We’ll work through the property methodically, removing agreed waste and unwanted items before completing the required cleaning and recovery work.

Our aim is to leave the property safer, cleaner and more manageable while keeping you in control.

Free Property Recovery Record  Available on request with before-and-after photos and a summary of the work completed. It can be shared with social workers, housing teams, landlords or family if needed.

SERVICES

When a Property Has Become Difficult to Manage

Properties can become neglected for all sorts of reasons. Illness, bereavement, mental health difficulties, tenancy problems or simply becoming overwhelmed can all play a part.

Whatever has happened, we’re not there to judge it.

We can clear waste, remove heavily affected items, deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, deal with built-up dirt and grime and help recover the property to the condition you need it in.

Where required, we can also include carpet cleaning or removal and other specialist recovery work.

If pest control needs access to a heavily affected property first, we can also clear and clean areas to help make treatment possible.

STANDARDS

No judgement. Just practical help.

We know many people contact us when they’re already stressed, embarrassed or unsure where to begin.

We’ll explain what we recommend and keep the process as straightforward as possible from first contact through to completion.

Our job is to make things easier, not harder.
